Yes. Authorised repairs carried out by our network engineers include both parts and labour at no additional cost beyond your excess. We only use manufacturer-approved or equivalent-quality parts. If a specific part is unavailable, we will advise you of expected lead times and, where feasible, source an alternative.

Standard plans cover repairs only and do not include routine preventative maintenance. Our Premier tier includes one annual service visit per covered appliance, during which the engineer checks for wear, cleans key components, and flags potential issues. Annual service visits must be booked in advance through the online scheduling tool.
